Self-Hosted plugin (open source)

• The Hustle Chommie plugin is free and open source — there's no purchase and nothing to refund. Download, install, and use it on your own hosting at no cost, indefinitely.

Platform — launch period

• During our launch period, hosted Platform sites are free — no payment is taken, so there's nothing to refund.
• We'll email everyone on the Platform with reasonable advance notice before launch pricing ends and paid billing (R36.99/month) begins.

Platform — once paid billing begins

• You can cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• New paying subscribers can request a full refund of their first payment within 7 days if the Platform doesn't work as expected — no questions asked.
• We don't offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period once that period has started, except where required by law.
• If you cancel, your site stays live and exportable for 30 days after your paid period ends, giving you time to download your data or move to your own hosting, before it's taken down.
