1. Who this agreement is between

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("you", "the customer") and Hustle Chommie, part of the Chommie family ("we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the hustle.chommie.site website, any hosted subsite provided to you, and the Hustle Chommie WordPress plugin (together, the "Service").

2. What we provide

• Access to the Hustle Chommie plugin, either installed on a hosted subsite we set up for you, or as a standalone download for your own WordPress site.
• Ongoing access to plugin updates and support for the duration of your active subscription.
• For Platform customers: hosting of your subsite on our infrastructure for the duration of your subscription. Platform access is free during our launch period; see pricing and launch terms for details on when paid billing begins.

3. Your account & responsibilities

• You're responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of information you enter — customer records, invoices, pricing — since this data is yours and we don't verify it on your behalf.
• You agree not to use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or for sending unsolicited bulk messages.

4. Billing & subscriptions

• The Self-Hosted plugin is free and open source, with no billing at all. Platform plans are billed monthly, and are free during our launch period.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Your data

Customer records, inventory, and invoices you create using the Service belong to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle and protect this data.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We're not liable for losses caused by downtime, outages, or issues outside our reasonable control (including your own internet connectivity or third-party services like WhatsApp).

7. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. Where changes are material, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

8. Ending this agreement

Either party may end this agreement by cancelling the subscription. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or non-payment.
